IN GENERAL

All services performed by 808 Business Solutions are warranted for thirty (30) calendar days for the work that was performed. The warranty begins the day the service is completed. Related services performed during this warranty period are not subject to any additional charges for materials or labor.

HARDWARE WARRANTY

All hardware purchased from and installed by 808 Business Solutions are warranted for thirty (30) calendar days beginning with the day the service is completed. Should the hardware need to be replaced during this warranty period, there will be no additional charges for materials or labor, so long as the hardware falls under the manufacturer's warranty. Hardware replacements should be dealt with the manufacturer directly.

Hardware installed whose manufacturer's warranty has expired, and whose functionality is deemed inoperable or subject to performance instability shall be uninstalled at no additional charge for labor.

808 Business Solutions nor its subsidiaries will be responsible for the loss of data or software due to virus infections on computers that do not have an up-to-date anti-virus software at time of intake, or due to hard drive crashes.

SOFTWARE WARRANTY

All software, due to its unstable nature, although purchased from and installed by 808 Business Solutions, are warranted solely by their manufacturer.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

808 Business Solutions is not responsible for material loss or damage due to theft, fire, terrorism, or "Acts of God".
