* What type of Nightlight do you use?

     Our lamp base holds a small night light fixture which uses a 4 watt light bulb which can easily be replaced should it burn out from constant use.  These light bulbs can be found at any hardware store and some supermarkets.  The night light plugs into a standard wall outlet and comes with its own on/off switch.

* Where can you find us?

     During mid-August we are usually at the Made in Hawaii Festival. More than 400 exhibitors showcase Hawaiian products including crafts, fashions, books and artwork.      During the rest of the year we can be found at various craft fairs throughout the island.  Please contact us for exact place and dates.

* How do we ship your order?

All of our products are precious and valuable gifts.  In order for these fragile items to arrive safe and sound at their final destination, we carefully pack and ship all of our items via Insured First Class US Mail with Signature Confirmation.

* What is our Return Policy?

We take great pride and care in bringing these hand made items to your doorstep.  Since each one is hand made, no two are alike.  And since they are made to order, there are no exchanges or refunds on our products.  Returns are only accepted for exchange or refund if the product arrives damaged due to shipment.  To return a product received as damaged, carefully pack the item and return it via insured, Certified First Class U.S. Mail.  We do not reimburse shipping costs for products returned to us.

* Do we give discounts?

Discounts are available for orders of 20 pieces or more.  Contact us for details.
