The R.C.I.A. Program
at Holy Trinity Church

R.C.I.A. (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults)

is the process for adults to be initiated into

the Catholic Christian Community.

Through instruction, spiritual formation, and ritual blessings, persons prepare for Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist, or if previously Baptized in another tradition, a Profession of Faith.

The group meets weekly at the 9 am Mass

for Liturgy of the Word and during the Eucharist

meet for exploration of their faith journey in

light of the scriptures and open themselves to the discovery of the rich tradition of what our

Catholic faith has to offer for the enrichment

of their spiritual life.

The R.C.I.A. team and sponsors work closely with the candidates to support them in their journey.

The celebration of

Initiation and Full Communion

takes place at the Easter Vigil or

when it is mutually agreed by the

pastor and candidates that they are ready.
