LANCE MELTZER (5th Dan Black Belt, Kenpo, Jeet Kune Do, Certified Instructor HAGANAH) Owner/Founder of Main Street Martial Arts since 1998. Black Belt Instructor in Kenpo & Jeet Kune Do. Certified in Combat Fitness Training, the system of cardio combat taught at Main Street. 

He is a retired chiropractor and also the owner of Silver Lining Preschool. He founded the Main Street Martial Arts After School Karate Program in 2000 transporting children K - 8th grade from local area schools to Main Street for Martial Arts instruction.

Lance is married with a 12 year old daughter who holds a junior black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

DOUGLAS MEEKS (8th Dan Black Belt, Kenpo, Jeet Kune Do) Senior Kenpo instructor at Main Street. With over 25 years of affiliation with Napa Kenpo he is one of the foremost authorities in the country in the art of Kenpo.

His knowledge and style of teaching make for a very powerful and fulfilling journey in the art of self-defense and fighting.

He is a middle school teacher at Harvest Middle School in Napa and has his bachelors degree in exercise physiology.

NICK CHRIST (4th Dan Black Belt, Tae Kwon Do) Master Tae Kwon Do Instructor at Main Street. He has been active in training and instructing martial arts for over 20 years.

His knowledge in forms and sparring make the regular program and after school program produce one of the strongest competition teams in Northern California. His unique style of teaching keeps a very focused and fun experience for the students.

Nick is married and has two sons that hold junior Black Belts in Tae Kwon Do.
