We are committed to providing quality martial arts training to each and every student. We accept students into our Tae Kwon Do Program between the ages of 4-13. Students ages 14 through adult can choose between Tae Kwon Do and Kenpo/Jeet Kune Do for their training. Our Combat Fitness Classes allow you to burn calories, get in shape and program your body to react properly if the need arises... And it's FUN too!
We place a strong emphasis on self-defense, confidence, discipline, respect and team work.
