You choose how long you want the item to list for - weekly or until it sells.  We also promote them via our web site to increase your chances of your items being sold.

We charge you the same listing fee we are charged along with a small (non-refundable) fee for doing the work so you don't have to.  The eBay listing fees, along with any associated fees charged by eBay are your responsibility and are taken from either the monies collected at the end of the listing period from the sale of your item, or from you directly.

All items listed on eBay are mailed via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using Priority Mail and with Delivery Confirmation to ensure prompt and secure delivery of the item purchased by the buyer.  All items listed are normally shipped within the next business day following the confirmation of payment received via PayPal.  The Delivery Confirmation tracking number is emailed to the buyer via the eBay member messaging system allowing for the buyer to track their shipment on the USPS web site.  To track your item's shipment, click here.

808 Business Solutions does its best to accurately calculate the shipping fee for each item it sells on eBay.  Whenever possible, the USPS Flat Rate Mailing Envelopes and Boxes are used to save the buyer money.  In cases where an item cannot be shipped via a Flat Rate Mailing method, the shipping price for the item is estimated as best as possible. 

As such, should the amount collected from a buyer via the eBay item listing be LESS than the actual amount charged 808 Business Solutions by the USPS, 808 Business Solutions reserves the right to collect on the difference after the item has been shipped.  The buyer will be sent a copy of the USPS Mailing Receipt along with an invoice via PAYPAL, and immediate payment is expected.

Should the amount collected from the buyer via the eBay item listing be MORE than the actual amount charged 808 Business Solutions by the USPS, 808 Business Solutions reserves the right to decide whether or not a refund is due, and if so, to refund the buyer via PAYPAL and include a copy of the USPS Mailing Receipt along with an explanation for said refund. 

PAYMENT POLICY FOR EBAY AUCTION ITEMS:

Payment for any winning item that has been bid on through eBay is expected to be received within 5 days from the date the auction closes.  All payments must clear through PayPal before item can be shipped.  

Once payment is cleared, shipment is made within the same business day or by the next business day.

COLLECTION OF NON-PAYMENT OF SHIPMENT FEES:  

808 Business Solutions reserves the right to pursue collections through whatever reasonable means for any monies not received with 24 to 48 hours from the date the PayPal invoice is sent to the buyer when the amount for shipment exceeds the amount collected via eBay.  Please refer to our SHIPPING POLICY for details concerning shipping fees. 

WARRANTIES SPECIFIC TO ITEMS SOLD ON EBAY: 

All items sold via eBay are considered to be sold "AS IS" with NO warranty implied or otherwise to be provided by 808 Business Solutions.  As a seller of the items listed on eBay, 808 Business Solutions is neither the manufacturer nor the distributor of the items being sold and therefore CANNOT warrant that the items will perform as they were designed to do.
